Career reflects yourself with respect to what you like and dislikes. To ultimately choose your career as a goal it is just as similar as like a chess game which you have to think twice before moving. In this respect I, Subhajit Chakraborty moved with the aim and objective towards imparting legal education after completion of B.A. LL.B. with a first class in the year 2014 from University of Calcutta and LL.M with a First class from Indian Law School , University of Pune in the year, 2017. At the initial stage of my career when I was pursuing my 3rd year in B.A. LL.B. course I engaged myself doing internship as a trainee Legal Practitioner under my senior Legal Counsel Sudipto Moitra , Advocate, High Court Of Calcutta for a period of 2012-2014 and after then I started myself practice focusing on civil law in District and sub-urban courts of Kolkata. Thereafter beside my Legal profession I joined the full time course of LL.M in Indian Law School, Pune, 2015 after getting selected as per the merit list and with its progress I continued my Legal profession in District Court, Pune with the helping hands of my fellow mates. After completion of Masters of Law with a first class and presentation of dissertation paper with the title “ Corporate Criminal Liability” I joined as an Assistant Professor of Law in Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri imparting legal education with a interest in procedural laws . However my key interest was mainly on Law of Contracts, Family Law, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Law of Evidence etc. Beside I have also acted as a Judge in SAARC Moot Court Competition organized by the Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri and have also represented myself in number of seminar presentation organized by Law Schools. However now I currently engaged myself as an Assistant Professor Of Law in School of Law and Justice, Adamas University with the aim of improving my teaching experience, skills and Knowledge.
